The incident happened in Longbridge Way near Courthill Road just after 1.15pm yesterday (March 13).
London Ambulance Service crews attended and found two people injured.
They were treated at the scene before being taken to hospital where their conditions are being assessed.
It is unknown how they sustained their injuries.
We have contacted Metropolitan Police for further information.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 1.17pm today (13 March) to reports of people injured in Longbridge Way, Lewisham.
“We sent two ambulance crews to the scene.
“We treated two patients and took them both to hospital.”
