The crash at the junction of Lodge Avenue and Longbridge Road was reported to the London Ambulance Service at 2.43pm today (January 6).
Ambulance crews and an incident response officer were dispatched.
Two people were found in need of medical attention.
One patient was taken to hospital, with emergency responders discharging the other patient at the scene.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 2.43pm today (6 January) to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Lodge Avenue and Longbridge Road, Dagenham.
“We sent ambulance crews and an incident response officer to the scene.
“We treated two people. We took one patient to hospital and discharged the other patient at the scene.”
