London Tube and Overground closures this weekend
Friday, September 12
Tube strikes, Friday, September 12 No service is expected to run before 8am due to strikes, but a normal service is expected to resume on all lines by mid-morning.
The following lines will be impacted by strikes:
- Bakerloo
- Central
- Circle
- District
- Hammersmith and City
- Jubilee
- Metropolitan
- Northern
- Piccadilly
- Victoria
- Waterloo and City
Lioness: Friday 12 September, the 0529 train from Watford Junction to Euston will start from Willesden Junction at 0604
Cutty Sark: This station is closed until spring 2026 while all four escalators at the station are replaced. Use the nearby Greenwich DLR station to complete your journey.
Saturday, September 13
District: Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September, no service between Turnham Green and Ealing Broadway.
Piccadilly: Saturday 13 September, between 0045 and 0515, no service between Hammersmith and Heathrow. Replacement buses operate.
Saturday 13 September, from 0515 and all day Sunday 14 September (including Saturday Night Tube), no service between Hammersmith and Osterley / Uxbridge
Waterloo & City line: Service operates between 06:00 and 00:30, Monday to Friday only. There is no service on Saturdays, Sundays and on bank/public holidays.
Windrush: Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September, no service between New Cross Gate and West Croydon / Crystal Palace.

Piccadilly: All day Sunday 14 September (including Saturday Night Tube), no service between Hammersmith and Osterley / Uxbridge.
Suffragette: Sunday 14 September, no service between Barking and Barking Riverside.
