These changes will include temporary timetables, diversions, and frequency alterations.
The changes come as Members of the Rail, Maritime and Transport (RMT) Union will be striking on the London Underground in a dispute over pay and conditions.
RMT confirmed in August that Tube workers would be taking industrial action from today (September 5).
A separate dispute will also see RMT members on London’s Docklands Light Railway (DLR) strike from September 7.
The following changes will take place from Saturday, September 6:
Route 19 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with the frequency restored to every 10 minutes during the daytime and evenings on all days of the week.
Route 126 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
Route 162 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 206 widening the frequency of the service to every 11 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change during the evenings or all day on Sundays. This timetable will be in place until works along Harlesden High Street are complete.
Route 216 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels.
Route 227 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
Route 235 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels.
Route 312 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 323 widening the frequency of the service to every 20 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 25 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays. This timetable will be in place until works on Bow Common Lane are complete.
Route 352 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
Route 354 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 406 widening the frequency of the service to every 22 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change during the evenings or all day on Sundays. This timetable will be in place until works on Ewell High Road are complete.

Route 490 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with the frequency restored to run every 12 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 20 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays.
Route H25 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with the frequency increased to run every 12 minutes during the daytime and evenings on all days of the week.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route K1 widening the frequency of the service to every 11 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 16 minutes during the daytime on Sundays. No change during the evenings. This timetable will be in place until works on Ewell High Road are complete.
