These are just the incidents reported on by Newsquest London between December 9 and 11.
The four incidents – three of which were stabbings and two sparking murder investigations – are not thought to be connected in any way.
There have been no arrests in relation to any of the incidents.
Boy, 15, stabbed to death in Islington
Police were first called to Westbourne Road in Islington where a 15-year-old boy was stabbed at around 1pm on December 9.
Adam Henry, who had attended a school on the same road, was rushed to hospital but later died.
Adam’s family said: “We will never recover from the loss and not having him in our lives.”
They added: “He had many interests and was always there with a smile and cheeky sense of humour. He was good-natured and loyal.
“While only 15 years old, the beautiful memories we have of him can never be forgotten.”
There have been no arrests.
Teenager fighting for life in hospital after stabbing near park in New Cross
That night, police were called to a stabbing on Clifton Rise in New Cross soon before 10pm.
A 19-year-old man was taken to hospital in a life-threatening condition where he remains, according to the latest update.
There have been no arrests.
Woman, 39, found dead inside property in London
The next day (December 11), a murder investigation was launched after a woman was found dead inside a property in Earl’s Court.
Officers were carrying out a welfare check at the property on Old Brompton Road at around 11.15am after receiving a call raising concerns.
Inside, a woman was pronounced dead.
The woman has yet to be identified, and efforts are underway to inform her next of kin.
There have been no arrests.
Romford Road Manor Park assault: Stabbed man in hospital
The next day (December 11) a man in his 40s was taken to hospital after being stabbed in Manor Park.
Police were initially called to Romford Road with reports of an assault at around 3am.
At the scene, the man was found to have suffered a stab wound.
He was taken to hospital with non-life threatening or changing injuries.
Police believe the reported assault occurred at around 2am the same day in Jack Cornwell Street.
There have been no arrests at this stage.
