Due to open in Camden Market on May 22, Live Odyssey is an immersive attraction taking fans on a journey through the sights and sounds of different musical eras.
Tickets cost between £27.50 and £33, with a portion of ticket sales going to support the Music Venue Trust which helps sustain grassroots venues in the UK.
But despite the venue being due to open in less than three months, Camden Market has not yet secured planning permission.
An application to change the use of the first floor of The 99s at Stables Market was submitted to Camden Council last month.

It asks that the “struggling” seven retail units at the site be turned into an immersive music experience, described as a “destination for tourists and music lovers alike”.
Guests would first walk through a room with a live acoustic pianist and a bar, before watching live performances of music from the 1960s, 70s and 80s.
As they move through the attraction, customers will reach a separate stage where music from the 90s to the present day will be played.
A final room will feature a holographic performance by The Libertines.
The planning application says that the change of use of the site would be “temporary”, lasting for two years. Tickets for the experience are currently on sale until December 20.
