The application, for 152-154 Lewisham Way, SE14, also includes plans for a terrace, amenity space and alterations to the front elevation.
In Brockley Conservation Area, other submissions include replacement windows at an upper flat at 53 Upper Brockley Road, and the installation of new cast iron front railings and a gate at 98 Tyrwhitt Road, along with refurbishment and painting of the front door.
On Deptford High Street, retrospective planning permission has been sought for the installation of a shopfront at 6 Deptford High Street.
In Forest Hill Conservation Area, plans have been lodged for the construction of an infill roof extension with a rear dormer and roof lights at Flat C, 115 Dartmouth Road.
This would create a self-contained flat and involve associated alterations to the existing retained third floor flat.
In Perry Vale and Christmas Estate Conservation Area, 12 Gaynesford Road has applied for the replacement of a side window, as well as internal and external alterations.
In Sydenham Thorpes Conservation Area, three flats at 14 Sydenham Road have submitted applications for replacement windows.
