He pleaded guilty to throwing a mobile phone towards the spectators’ area during a Millwall match at The Den, SE16, on October 23, 2024, contrary to sections 2 and 5 of the Football (Offences) Act 1991.
A collection order was made and he must repay the total at £20 a month starting July 29, 2025.
Winston EUBANK, 58, of Wardalls Grove, Lewisham, was sentenced on July 3, 2025 and given a community order running until July 2, 2026.
He had earlier indicated guilty pleas to a series of shop thefts from Sainsbury’s, Creek Road, Deptford, and Boots, Greenwich Church Street, carried out between March 26 and May 8, 2025.
The haul included chocolate, meat, Red Bull, coffee and health-and-beauty products worth more than £1,500, with one raid netting £355.25 of chocolate and meat.
The order requires six months of non-residential drug rehabilitation, a 26-day accredited programme and up to 15 rehabilitation-activity days.
Mr Eubank is banned from entering any Sainsbury’s or Boots store for three months, until October 2, 2025, and must pay £600 compensation to Sainsbury’s.

She admitted to assaulting a police officer on duty, in Lewisham on November 28, 2023.
The order requires 12 months of mental-health treatment and up to 25 rehabilitation-activity days.
She must pay £50 compensation to the officer.
Ms Cox also admitted assaulting a PC during the same incident and must pay a further £50 compensation, bringing the total to £100.
No prosecution costs or victim surcharge were imposed.
A collection order will deduct £20 a month from August 31, 2025 until the compensation is paid in full.

He pleaded guilty to driving a BMW 316i on Valley Road, Shortlands, on May 23, 2025 with 52 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath (the legal limit is 35).
He was banned from driving for 12 months, with the disqualification to be cut by three months if he completes a drink-drive rehabilitation course by January 30, 2026.
Mr Palacios also admitted using the same car without insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence; his licence was endorsed but no separate penalties were imposed.

Michael HENRY, 62, of Paulet Road, Camberwell, appeared on July 3, 2025 and received a 12-month community order with 150 hours of unpaid work after he admitted driving a Route 176 London bus while more than twice the drink-drive limit.
Police found him on May 1, 2025, on Dartmouth Road, Lewisham, with 96 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35).
