In the Brockley Conservation Area, 87 Manor Avenue has put forward plans to convert two flats into a single dwelling, demolish a lower ground extension, and install replacement windows and new doors (ref: DC/25/140075).
At 115 Breakspears Road, the council is considering the demolition of an existing conservatory and the construction of a single-storey rear extension, along with a proposed timber-framed window at first-floor level (ref: DC/25/140302).
