The proposal also includes the construction of a three-storey building facing Reginald Square for two units, with external amenity space, refuse and bicycle storage, and an air source heat pump.
In the Lee Manor Conservation Area, 80 Micheldever Road SE12 is seeking to replace a single-storey rear garden room.
6 Dacre Lane SE13 is planning the construction of a rear roof extension and the installation of two roof lights.
304 Handen Road, SE12 is applying for replacement windows.
In the Telegraph Hill Conservation Area, 63 Gellatly Road SE14 is planning to demolish the existing shed and construct a new garden store extension, along with the configuration of the hardstanding.
44 Avignon Road, SE4 is seeking permission for the repair and renovation of the front garden pathway, replacement concrete hardstanding, steps coping stones, box steel railings, gate, and scaffold handrail, as well as the construction of bike and bin storage.
The application also includes repainting of the front facade and door.
