304 Handen Road, SE12 is applying for replacement windows.
In the Telegraph Hill Conservation Area, 63 Gellatly Road SE14 is planning to demolish the existing shed and construct a new garden store extension, along with the configuration of the hardstanding.
44 Avignon Road, SE4 is seeking permission for the repair and renovation of the front garden pathway, replacement concrete hardstanding, steps coping stones, box steel railings, gate, and scaffold handrail, as well as the construction of bike and bin storage.
The application also includes repainting of the front facade and door.
