The cast arrived outside the Odeon Luxe West End on January 16 for the UK premiere of Ryan Murphy’s FX series, which lands on Disney+ on January 22.
The stars posed by a photo board showing giant smoking lips, copied from the show’s poster.
Anthony Ramos said: “This might be my favourite role I’ve ever done, I’m just really grateful.”
Broadcaster Sarah-Jane Crawford hosted an on-stage Q&A, followed by a preview of the first two episodes.
Jeremy Pope revealed he has been friends for years with co-star Anthony Ramos.
Mr Pope said: “Me and this cat right here to my right [Anthony Ramos] went to college together.
“So any scene with this fool was incredible.”
Ashton Kutcher was asked what viewers can expect from the series without spoilers.
Mr Kutcher said: “Thank you for the hardest question.
“I appreciate that!”
He then spoke about the show’s theme of perfection and what people will sacrifice for it.
Mr Kutcher said: “We live in a world where you can fly somewhere within a day to get cosmetic surgery, and you can ‘buy now, pay later’.
“This world [in FX’s The Beauty] isn’t that different to our world today.
“Tomorrow, we will be making choices about how far is too far.”
In the series, the high-fashion world turns deadly as supermodels start dying in gruesome, mysterious ways.
FBI agents Cooper Madsen (Evan Peters) and Jordan Bennett (Rebecca Hall) head to Paris to investigate.
They uncover a sexually transmitted virus that turns ordinary people into visions of physical perfection, but at a horrific cost.
Their search leads to a shadowy figure known only as The Corporation, played by Ashton Kutcher.
He is a tech billionaire who has secretly developed a miracle drug, “The Beauty.”
The drug promises perfection, but risks humanity’s future.
Anthony Ramos plays Kutcher’s deadly enforcer, The Assassin.
Jeremy Pope plays Jeremy, a desperate outsider caught up in the chaos.
Guest stars include Bella Hadid, Billy Eichner, Isabella Rossellini, Nicola Peltz Beckham and Meghan Trainor.
The Beauty launches in the UK on Disney+ with its first three episodes.
The first series runs to 11 episodes, with new ones released weekly.
It joins other FX shows including Grotesquerie, Pose, Feud and American Horror Story.
The Beauty is a global thriller about the dark side of modern beauty culture, asking what you would sacrifice for perfection.
Ryan Murphy and Matthew Hodgson created and wrote the show, based on the comic book series by Jeremy Haun and Jason A. Hurley.
Executive producers include Murphy, Hodgson, Peters, Ramos, Pope and Eric Kovtun.
