The incident in Kingsbury Road was reported to the Metropolitan Police at 11pm on October 18.
Emergency services searched the area and located a man suffering injuries.
The 20-year-old was taken to hospital with injuries that are thought to be non-life changing.
There have been no arrests at this stage.
A Met spokesperson said: “At around 23:00hrs on Saturday, 18 October, officers were called to reports of a fight in Kingsbury Road, NW9.

“Officers attended the scene alongside the London Ambulance Service.
“Police carried out a search of the area where one man, aged 20, with head injuries was discovered nearby. He was taken to hospital for treatment where his injuries are thought to be non-life changing.”
