Emergency services were called to the junction of Quex Road with Kilburn High Road yesterday (July 21) at 3.04pm.
Initial reports from the Metropolitan Police said that seven people reported suffering minor injuries after a gas leak was discovered.
However, the London Ambulance Service has said today (July 22) that medics treated eight patients at the scene.
Four of them were taken to hospital for treatment.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 3.2pm yesterday (21 July) to reports of gas leak in Kilburn High Road, NW6.
“We sent a number of resources to the scene including ambulance crews, paramedics in fast response cars, an advanced paramedic, an incident response officer and our Hazardous Area Response Team.
“We treated eight patients at the scene and took four of them to hospital.”
