The Co-op store at 250 Kentish Town Road, which supports 20 jobs, reopened this week after an eight-week refurbishment.
The revamp includes a refreshed layout, new product ranges, and improved services.
Azad Hafiz, Co-op area operations manager, said: “We’re delighted to invest in Kentish Town.
“The store has seen a huge transformation – the new-look store looks fantastic, and we have opened up more space to enhance the shopping experience which has made a real difference.
“We’re proud to be part of local community life.”
The upgraded store now features a Costa Coffee Express, an in-store bakery, and an expanded selection of fresh and healthy food.
Customers can also find food-to-go options, meal deals, Fairtrade goods, world foods, pizzas, flowers, ready meals, award-winning wines, beers, and everyday essentials.
Co-op has also installed new refrigeration units to reduce its carbon footprint and improve its chilled and frozen food offering.
The store offers National Lottery and PayPoint services.
Groceries can be ordered for home delivery via Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat, with orders picked fresh in-store and delivered in as little as 60 minutes.
Parcel collection services are also available for Amazon and DPD deliveries.
Co-op members benefit from additional savings through personalised offers, promotions, and lower prices on frequently purchased items.
A soft plastic recycling point is available in-store, allowing customers to return items such as crisp packets, bread bags, biscuit wrappers, and pet food pouches.
The Co-op is committed to supporting British agriculture, with all fresh and frozen meat sourced from the UK, including ingredients in its pies, ready meals, and sandwiches.
The store is open daily from 7am to 11pm.
