Kebabish Original has applied to Brentwood Council to sell alcohol at 24 High Street from 11am until 11pm, seven days a week.
The premises licence application was submitted on May 16, and is open to feedback until June 9.

Any feedback must be made in writing to Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 8AY.
A planning application was approved in March for new signs at the Kebabish Original site, which was once a hairdressers.
The chain already operates in Barkingside, Chadwell Heath, Gants Hill, Grays, Seven Kings and Sheffield in South Yorkshire.
