Harlow Innovation Park, a multi-million pound development on London Road, is creating new jobs, attracting private sector investment and strengthening the town’s reputation as a hub for business and innovation.
Recent milestones at the site include the launch of The Social Club, a new café and community space, the opening of the David Lloyd Harlow Club, and ongoing improvements to parking and landscaping.
A spokesperson for Harlow Council said: “Harlow Innovation Park shows what’s possible when we invest with ambition and purpose.
“These milestones are about more than new buildings – they’re about creating jobs, bringing people together and securing a strong future for our town.
“Every single day we are Building Harlow’s Future, and this is yet more proof of that progress.”
Development has also begun on the park’s next major project, named Identity, following a recent groundbreaking ceremony.
Construction began last month at the £30 million scheme, delivered by Wrenbridge in partnership with Harlow Council and part of a broader push to position Harlow at the centre of the UK Innovation Corridor.
The scheme supports Harlow Council’s wider aims to ensure the town remains a desirable place to live, work and invest.
The Social Club, developed by the council, offers a modern space for the community to gather, while recognising the site’s social heritage.
