Developer Quintain Living has revealed the first glimpse of its new apartment block, Luna, in Marley Way, off Olympic Way, with views of the Wembley Arch.
Built on top of a former car park, the pet-friendly Luna is spread across two buildings – one 21-storey tower and a nine-storey block.
Wembley Park was recently named one of the best places to live in London by the Sunday Times.
Inside Luna are 282 flats, 49 of which are ‘premium’, 181 are regular private rentals and 52 discounted homes for households with earnings of less than £90,000 a year.
Luna has a sister development across the road, Sola, which is taller at 26-storeys and has 383 flats. Each of the two towers echos the other’s design, with a play on the light and dark of the sun and moon.
All flats range from studios to three-bedrooms, with rents starting at around £2,000 a month.

The homes each contain a lounge and kitchen and depending on size, a shower room, bathroom or both. Some of the premium apartments have walk-in wardrobes.
The apartments also feature video entry systems, keyless access and superfast Wi-Fi.

A concierge and the Quintain Living resident team also ensure support is on hand 24/7.
Other amenities on the ground floor include a resident lounge, named The Eclipse, a fully equipped training gym, bike store and work from home areas.
The 2,723 sq ft lounge features a coffee tap, drinks paid for with an app, a workstation bar table and a mix of zoned seating areas with both formal and informal spaces.

Arguably the most special feature is the The Black Hole, with a hidden entrance behind a bookcase.
The privately bookable secret kitchen and private dining room is billed as being perfect for parties and special occasions with friends.
The roof terrace has views across the southern end of Union Park, include recycled plastic chairs and Matek coffee tables, by firm Mater, and barbecues are also available for residents.

Outdoor space also includes a podium garden with a dedicated dog run and equipment for children to play on.
Danielle Bayless, chief operating officer at Quintain Living, said she was “thrilled” the “chic, celestial-inspired homes” will soon be available.
She added: “The homes are perfectly placed for enjoying the best of the neighbourhood here in Wembley Park, with a range of thoughtfully designed layouts meeting a wide variety of renters’ needs. All within 12 minutes of central London.”
