Founded by Helena Isaacs, the salon has grown from a small treatment room to a thriving beauty destination, offering everything from HD brows and lamination to bio sculpture nails, facials, and massages.
Helena told the News Shopper: “The shop was my husband’s dry cleaners 19 years ago.

“Twelve years ago, we turned the front of it into a small beauty room while we were raising our children.
“I knew I was outgrowing it, and through COVID, I realised it was time to expand properly.”
After a three-year renovation, Immaculate Beauty had its grand opening, celebrating its transformation into a full-fledged salon.

“We’ve now been open for five years, but I’ve been working from this site for 13”, she added.
Helena’s commitment to beauty goes beyond perfect brows and glowing skin.
Over Christmas, Immaculate Beauty raised an incredible £770 through a hamper raffle.

Helena explained: “We put together a beautiful hamper with all the products we retail at the salon, plus a £100 gift voucher.
“I only thought we’d raise about £200 – but when we sold every single raffle ticket, I was blown away.”
All proceeds went to Solace Women’s Aid, a local charity supporting women who have left domestic violence situations.
She added: “There are three Solace refuges in the Bexleyheath area, so it felt right to support them.
“Our main clientele is women – it went hand in hand.”
The team has recently become ambassadors for Mind in Bexley, a mental health charity offering vital support in the community.

“They’re right across the street from us and came in to ask if we’d like to be involved,” Helena explained.
“We’re therapists in a way – clients open up to us all the time.
“The amount of people who have sat in our brow chair and cried is mad.

“They see you every 6-8 weeks, and you build that relationship.
“It’s a compliment that they feel safe with us.”
Despite its charitable work, Immaculate Beauty remains at its core a salon that prides itself on exceptional treatments and a welcoming atmosphere.
“It’s a really nice place to be”, said Helena, “what makes it special is the one-on-one attention every client gets.
“We have Fizz Fridays, where clients can enjoy a glass of prosecco – some people come in just for that.”
Her team is a tight-knit group, including Mia, who has been by Helena’s side for five years.

Helena added: “She’s incredible – my sidekick.
“Everyone who works here is great.”
Helena’s has represented HD Brows at the Professional Beauty Show and even worked on Dancing on Ice, pampering contestants before live shows.
As a former HD Brow trainer, her knowledge is second to none.
She said: “Eyebrows are personal. If you find a good brow person, you stick with them.
“We have clients travelling from Wimbledon, Sevenoaks, even Twickenham.”

Helena and her salon have now been nominated for the Bexley Business Excellence Awards in the Best Health & Beauty category.
Helena added: “This time, it feels legitimate.
“I had to nominate the salon, answer questions, and even do a Zoom interview.
“It wasn’t just about getting client votes – it was a proper panel decision.
“It feels brilliant because we deserve it.”
