Sales company Property Solvers tracked the average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2020 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the Ilford postcodes.
Streets were only included in the data if they had three or more houses sold in the past five years.
Lord Avenue was named the most expensive street in Iford with three properties in the IG5 0HP postcode being sold since 2020 for an average of £1,276,666 whilst the IG5 0HN postcode of Lord Avenue saw four properties sold for an average of £977,500.
Longwood Gardens (IG5 0BA) was the second most expensive street with four properties sold for an average of £933,750 whilst Rochester Gardens (IG1 3LZ) also saw four properties sold for an average of £842,000.
Exeter Gardens (IG1 3LA) saw three homes sold for an average of £798,666 and Lincoln Gardens (IG1 3NF) saw the fifth most expensive average property sale since 2020 with £798,333 being averaged from three homes.
At the other end of the spectrum, Riverdene Road (IG1 2EN) saw four properties sold for an average of £97,000 – the cheapest in Ilford.
Four houses were sold in Langdale Court in Clayhall (IG1 1DU) in the last five years for an average of £98,750 and another four were sold in Castleview Gardens in Cranbrook (IG1 3QA) averaging £108,750.
The fourth and fifth cheapest streets in Ilford were Brancaster Road in Newbury Park (IG2 7EQ) with 11 properties sold for an average of £108,861 and Heron Court (IG1 4EW) with 10 homes averaging £113,050.
Co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Cranbrook Road (IG6) sold for £1,600,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £81,000 and under on Riverdene Road (IG1), Riverdene Road (IG1) and Ilford Hill (IG1).”
