Police were called around 6.20pm yesterday (November 6) to Ilford Hill.
Officers arrived with paramedics and a man in his 20s was treated for a head injury.
He was taken to hospital in a condition that has been deemed not to be life-threatening or changing.
Two women also in their 20s were treated by paramedics but did not require hospitalisation.
There have been no arrests.
A cordon was put in place on the pavement of the street following the incident.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “At 18:22hrs on Thursday, 6 November officers and the London Ambulance Service responded to reports of an altercation on Ilford Hill, Redbridge.
“A man in his 20s was treated at the scene for a head injury and taken to hospital.
“His condition has not been deemed life-changing or life-threatening.
“Two women, also in their 20s, were treated by paramedics at the scene but did not require hospital treatment.
“At this stage no arrests have been made. Enquiries continue.
