Mohammed Ali, 35, is charged with the murder of Dara Omar on June 22.
On that day, officers were called to Hanworth Road near the junction with School Road around 2.20pm.
Paramedics treated the 22-year-old Dara from Brentford for stab wounds but he later died in hospital.
His next-of-kin continue to be supported by specialist officers.
Three other men have already been charged in connection with the murder.
Kaywan Warzier Karim, 27, of Walnut Tree Road, Hounslow, was charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon on June 25.
Tania Hamza, 33, of Kingsley Road, Hounslow, was charged on June 26 with violent disorder and assisting an offender.
Aziz Hama, 31, of Selbourne Ave, Hounslow, was charged on June 26 with assisting an offender.
All three appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on June 26.
They were remanded in custody to next appear at the Old Bailey on June 30.
Mohammed Ali is due to appear at Willesden Magistrates Court on June 27.
Meanwhile, detectives continue to appeal to the public for information.
