Officers were called to Hounslow High Street at 9.53pm on Monday, September 8.
During an attempt to detain a suspect, one officer was stabbed.
He was taken to hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening or life-changing and continues to receive support.
Three men, aged 19, 28 and 34, were arrested at the scene on suspicion of attempted murder.
The 28-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of three counts of burglary.

Paramedics were called to nearby Bell Road at about 10.18pm and arrived within minutes.
An ambulance crew, fast response paramedic and incident officer treated the injured officer before taking him as a priority to a major trauma centre.
