Officers from the Metropolitan Police were called to Hornsey Road at 6.56am this morning (February 23) by the London Ambulance Service.
Paramedics at the scene had discovered a man suffering from head injuries.
He is not believed to be in a life-threatening condition at this stage.
A road closure is in place from Hornsey Road to Tollington Road whilst police work to preserve the scene.
An investigation is underway to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.
There have been no arrests at this stage.
A Met spokesperson said: “Police were called at 06:56hrs on Sunday, 23 February to Hornsey Road, N7 by the London Ambulance Service to a man suffering head injuries.
“The man’s injuries are not believed to be life threatening or life changing.

“Officers are investigating the circumstances of the incident. No arrests have been made.”
