The incident happened in Hook Road near Chessington Road at around 6.30am on October 3.
Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service crews attended and found the motorcyclist, a man, seriously injured.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where he remains.
A spokesperson for Surrey Police said: “We are currently trying to establish the circumstances of this collision and are appealing for the public’s help.
“Were you in the area around the Hook Road and Chessington Road roundabout (B284 and B2200) between 6.30am and 6.45am on Friday, 3 October?
“Do you have any CCTV, dashcam or helmet cam footage that may have captured all or part of this incident?
