According to Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, Hither Green is a “well kept secret” with a combination of Victorian housing and new developments for house hunters to choose from.

Most properties sold in Hither Green during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £360,888.
Terraced properties sold for an average of £757,184, with semi-detached properties fetching £852,633.
