Errol Tobierre, 43, of Highbury New Park, Islington, missed probation appointments on April 29, May 6, May 13, and May 20, 2025, breaching a 32-week suspended prison sentence for theft imposed on April 24, 2025.

He admitted the breach at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on July 1, 2025; magistrates extended the operational period of the suspended sentence from 12 to 16 months, with no additional fine or costs.

Mohammad Amiri, 25, of Neville’s Court, Dollis Hill Lane, Dollis Hill, drove an uninsured Toyota Prius along Grosvenor Crescent, Westminster, at 4.54 am on August 12, 2024, while not wearing a seat belt and with a front tyre bulging from structural failure.

He admitted the offences at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on July 2, 2025, and was fined £100, ordered to pay a £40 victim surcharge and £50 costs, and had six penalty points endorsed on his licence (total £190).

Salim Fanyinka, 26, of Linwood Crescent, Enfield Wash, failed to pay a £1,592.59 court fine imposed on April 21, 2021.
