The London Ambulance Service was alerted to reports of an incident in High Road, Seven Kings, shortly after 6.21pm on December 30.
Ambulance crews, an incident response officer, and a clinical team manager were dispatched to the scene.
London’s Air Ambulance was flown in to support.
A woman was treated before being taken to a major trauma centre.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called on Tuesday 30 December at 6.21pm to reports of a person fallen from a height in High Road, Seven Kings, Ilford.
“We sent resources including ambulance crews, a clinical team manager, an incident response officer and London’s air ambulance.
“We treated a woman before taking her to a London major trauma centre.”
