It marks the second phase of the One Goodmayes scheme in High Road, which has introduced more than 570 new apartments to the area.
To support the large influx in one and two-bed homes seven ground floor commercial units have also been created, three of which have already been released.
Estate agents Henshall and Partners have now listed the lease of units C01 to C04 on property portal Zoopla.
According to Henshall and Partners, the units each benefit from “prominent street frontage onto Ilford High Road”, with capped services such as water, electric and BT telecoms.
The four units available to lease all vary slightly in square footage, with the largest space spanning 2,075 sq ft available to lease for £495,000.

Unit three measures to 2,073 sq ft for the same price, unit one measuring at 1,869 sq ft for £455,000, and a £400,000 lease price tag for the fourth unit measuring 1,549 sq ft.
Listed as an “opportunity for investors & owner occupiers”, each unit has permission for Class E/F1 use which covers restaurants, retail and much more.
They will be available from quarter four next year.
