High Road in Chadwell Heath was closed off today (March 17) at 3.40pm after the crash.
Medics were at the scene and a person was seen lying on the road in Chadwell Heath.
Their condition is currently unknown at this time.
Emergency services were also at Chadwell Heath station earlier today, which shut off the Elizabeth line between Stratford and Shenfield.
It is unclear whether this incident was related to the crash on High Road and the British Transport Police have been contacted for more information.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 3.40pm today (17 March) to reports of a road traffic collision on High Road, Chadwell Heath.
“We have sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, an advanced paramedic and a paramedic in a fast response car.
“The incident is currently ongoing and we are working with our emergency services partners.”
