This month The Telegraph Travel released a list of what it deems to be the best areas in the capital.
All of the 32 boroughs were ranked based on 34 data categories, ranging from high culture and green space, to crime rates and heritage sites.
Based on The Telegraph‘s rankings Havering placed 18th on the list, achieving an overall score of 336.
The majority of points awarded to the east London borough fell under the category of ‘great outdoors’, in which it scored 159.

‘Good vibes’ was the second highest scoring category for Havering, making up 112 points of the total score.
Scores from here dropped significantly, with culture and activities rated 60, and hospitality given a score of five.
It was outplaced by Tower Hamlets that was ranked ninth overall, and Waltham Forest which placed tenth.
