Another Upminster property, 113 Moor Lane, has two separate applications for a single-storey rear extension and a two-storey front and side extension.
Plans to demolish an existing conservatory and construct a new single-storey rear extension at 8 Latham Place, Upminster have also been submitted.
Elsewhere in Upminster, 30 Dorkins Way is seeking permission to remove an existing garage, replacing it with a single-storey rear extension.
In Elm Park ward, two applications have been filed for 41 Ennerdale Avenue for single and double-storey side extensions, respectively.
Plans for a single-storey rear extension at 30 Stapleton Crescent, Rainham, have also been submitted for prior approval.
In Emerson Park ward, a proposed project at 29 Fanshawe Crescent, Hornchurch, includes a single-storey side and rear extension, part first-floor rear extension, alterations to front fenestration, and the addition of front boundary railings with a sliding gate.
In Havering-atte-Bower Ward, prior approval is being sought for a single-storey rear extension at 209 Lodge Lane, Romford.
In Hylands & Harrow Lodge ward, plans for the demolition of an existing conservatory and erection of single-storey rear and side extensions at 195 Lyndhurst Drive, Hornchurch, have been submitted.
Lastly, 38 Rockingham Avenue, Hornchurch, is looking to build a single-storey front extension with a loft conversion and dormer.
All these applications are currently under review by Havering Council.
