The 31-year-old singer is currently renovating a £30 million mega-mansion, a project due for completion in late 2027.
This ambitious venture involves merging two luxury homes on a private estate near Hampstead Heath to create a home featuring four bedrooms, a gym, cinema, art gallery, and staff quarters.
Despite the ambition of his current plans, the former One Direction star appears keen to expand his property collection further.
With a net worth of £200 million, Styles topped Heat Magazine’s 2024 Rich List.
A source told The Sun: “He has three houses on one road in Hampstead and now he has quietly bought another.
“Two of the homes are being converted into one mega mansion, while the third sits a way away from them and is a bit of an investment property.
“This fourth new pad could be part of the mega-mansion estate and will be connected to the two houses, which are being knocked through, by a drive and a massive garden.
“It’s incredible the work Harry is putting into making this dream home.”
There are suggestions that Styles might transform his London properties into a massive estate, serving as a guest house for friends.
After months of negotiations with planning authorities due to the area’s conservation rules, the pop star received permission to start his £30 million renovation project in April.
However, last month saw delays caused by additional ecological surveys and detailed construction plans.
One survey noted the presence of a feral pigeon nest, fox holes and bat activity.
If bats are discovered, construction must pause while Styles applies for a special licence from Natural England.
The pop star has also had to co-ordinate with celebrity neighbour Cat Deeley, who is renovating a nearby property.
Meetings and leaflets have reportedly been used to ensure minimal disruption to neighbours.
A document states that they will ‘liaise with contractors completing work on other local sites with the aim of pro-actively managing the cumulative impacts of local construction projects’.
It also promises to ‘co-ordinate activities whenever possible to minimise potential disruption to local residents’.
Noise is a concern, and the singer has had to be mindful of the disturbance from construction machinery.
He’s had to fit ‘acoustic enclosures to suppress noisy equipment’ and has also promised to use electric instead of petrol-driven equipment.
The entire project is expected to be completed in October 2027.
