Mani Gobi, of Capthorne Avenue, Harrow, was driving a Mini between junctions 4B and 5 when he was caught by an automatic speed camera.
The offence took place on the westbound carriageway near Slough on November 29 last year, while there was a 50mph speed limit in place.
The 34-year-old, pleaded guilty at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on September 30 to a single count of exceeding a variable speed limit.

Gobi was banned for six months and received three points on his licence.
He was ordered to pay a £40 fine, £120 court costs and a £16 surcharge.
The money must be paid in full by October 28.
