Chithra Vanmeeganathan died after a crash involving a car, bus and pedestrians on Bessborough Road on Monday (February 24).
Officers, paramedics and London’s Air Ambulance attended but the 46-year-old from Wembley died at the scene.

The driver of the car stopped at the scene and was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
The driver has since been released on bail.
Detective Sergeant Paul Jackson, from the Roads and Transport Policing Command, said: “Our thoughts remain with Chithra’s family at this difficult time.
“The investigation into this tragic incident is ongoing, and we are continuing to appeal for anyone with footage of the incident, including from a doorbell camera or dashcam, or anyone who witnessed the collision to come forward.”
