The changes will be introduced in Handsworth Avenue to make way for construction vehicles working on a development at Highams Park School.
From August 14, drivers will not be able to wait or load in the street when signs indicate so.
The temporary measures will remain in place until the construction work is finished.
The exact details of the restrictions will be based on the approved construction and logistics plan.
This new order will replace a previous one concerning the same matter.
Waltham Forest Council will also enforce temporary footpath closures and parking restrictions in the E17 area.
The footpath between Brunner Road and Courtenay Place will be closed to pedestrians and cyclists while public realm improvement works are carried out.
Parking and loading will be prohibited on parts of Brunner Road.
These measures will come into effect on August 10 and will last for a maximum of six months or until the works are completed.
The council has stated that signage will be put up in advance of any works, providing more specific details on the dates and times of the prohibitions, effects of any temporary traffic management, and diversion routes.
The prohibitions will not apply to vehicles or pedestrians involved in the works or in the event of an emergency.
Parking spaces on the affected roads will be suspended while the measures are in place.
