Tiffany Treanor-Johnson, of Bramshaw Road, Homerton, is accused of causing the death of Harry Webb by dangerous driving.
The cyclist was critically injured in the crash in Kenworthy Road on the evening of September 10, 2023.
Police have said that the 27-year-old was struck by a car that then collided with another vehicle.
Harry was rushed to hospital, but died two days later despite efforts to save his life.
Treanor-Johnson has previously appeared in court on multiple occasions charged with failing to stop after a road accident.
At each hearing, the case had been adjourned due to the ongoing nature of the police investigation, which has taken 18 months.
According to the charges, the 26-year-old was allegedly driving the Audi involved in the crash, and failed to stop at the scene.
A second charge alleges that she failed to stop after causing damage to a red Citroen in the same incident.
Police also charged her with causing death by dangerous driving last Thursday (March 13).
The 26-year-old appeared at Thames Magistrates’ Court today (March 17).
The court heard that the hearing would be adjourned, so that the earlier charges and the latest charge can be put before the court at the same time.
Treanor-Johnson will next appear at the same court on the morning of April 17.
