The bakery chain opened its new shop inside the Square shopping centre on December 12, located on Cambridge Walk opposite Sainsbury’s.
The move represents an in-centre location change for the shop, which previously occupied a store on Princess Way.
The new shop boasts an “enhanced shopping experience” with a “modern look” and comfortable indoor seating.
The relocation brings Greggs favourites, such as the sausage roll and steak bake, alongside a range of vegan alternatives right into the heart of the Square.
As the store prepares to meet festive demand, Greggs has also launched its Christmas menu.
The menu will offer items including the festive bake and the vegan lattice alongside the hot Christmas lunch baguette and hot festive flatbread.
The seasonal drinks menu, featuring the gingerbread latte, mint mocha and mint hot chocolate has also returned to the new Camberley store.
Gavin Vidler, centre manager at Camberley shopping centre, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Greggs to their new and improved home here at Camberley Shopping Centre. The expanded unit and modern fit-out offer a fantastic experience for our shoppers, and it’s great to see well-loved brands continuing to invest in our town. The creation of three new jobs is a wonderful boost for the local community, and we’re excited to see Greggs thriving in their new space.”
The new store will operate from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday, and 8am to 5pm on Sundays.
