These changes are to be implemented through amendments to existing orders, according to the Public Notice Portal.
The proposed alterations include converting some areas from permit holders only to no waiting zones on certain days and times.
For instance, a portion of the Permit Holders Only bay will be changed to a No Waiting zone from Monday to Friday, 11am to 12.30pm, on Balcaskie Road.
Additionally, new Disabled Badge Holders Only bays will be introduced in several locations.
These include Eglinton Road, Ankerdine Crescent, Queenscroft Road, Indus Road, Godstow Road, Hinstock Road, Newmarket Green, and Highbrook Road.
The council also plans to revoke certain existing disabled badge holders only bays, including those on Eglinton Road and Tuam Road.
Another significant change is the introduction of no waiting at any time restrictions on various points on Godstow Road.
The council also plans to create a new free parking place on Godstow Road.
Residents should note that the council also plans to replace some disabled badge holders only bays with permit holders or limited waiting bays.
These changes will affect areas on Wyndcliff Road, Spray Street, Colyer Close, Bexley Road, Westmount Road, Randall Place, Burrage Road, and Lilburne Road.
The proposed orders, the statement of reasons for proposing to make the orders, and plans showing the proposals, along with a copy of the consolidation orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Monday to Fridays inclusive at the Woolwich Centre Library.
The council has given the public a chance to object to or make representations about the proposed orders.
