The Metropolitan Police was alerted to the incident by medical staff at a hospital in Sterling Way, Edmonton, at 4.31am this morning (August 28).
It was reported that two men had self-presented with stab wounds, with officers dispatched to the hospital in response.
A crime scene was later set up in Green Lanes, where officers understand both men to have sustained their wounds.
Their injuries are not life-changing or threatening.
The crime scene in Green Lanes has since been closed, and there have been no arrests at this stage.
A Met spokesperson said: “On Thursday, 28 August at 04:31hrs police were called by medical staff after two men self-presented with stab wounds at a hospital in Sterling Way, N18.
“Met officers attended the hospital and created a crime scene on Green Lanes, N13.

“Two men, both aged in their 20s had received stab injuries at the location. They did not receive any life-changing or threatening-injuries.”
