The London Ambulance Service was called to Great Western Road at around 7.30pm yesterday (November 17).
Paramedics arrived alongside a team from London’s Air Ambulance.
A person was treated at the scene near Westbourne Park station and taken to hospital “as a priority”.
The victim is male but their age is not yet known.
It is not yet known if there have been any arrests.
The Metropolitan Police has been contacted for more information.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 7.31pm yesterday (17 November) to reports of a stabbing in Great Western Road, W10.
“We sent an ambulance crew, paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer to the scene.
“We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance.
“We treated a patient at the scene and took him to a major trauma centre as a priority.”
