Patients across the borough have helped to rank their local doctors’ across several categories as part of the annual GP Patient Survey for NHS England.
Other categories of feedback include ease of phone contact, whether patients get to see their preferred GP often or not, amongst others.

The Saheecha’s Practices in Harold Hill Health Centre saw 98.66 per cent of respondents reporting they found the receptionists helpful.
Receptionists at Cranham Village Surgery in Ingrebourne Gardens ranked second, with 97.71 per cent of patients describing its receptionists as helpful.
The GP surgery with the third highest reports of helpful receptionists was Abbamoor Surgery in Harold Hill Health Centre (97.09pc).
