A man in his 20s was rushed to hospital after reports of the incident near the Aspen Tree pub on Gobions Avenue on Sunday (July 20).
His injuries were found to be not life-threatening or life-changing.
Police were called to the scene at 9.52pm and another man, also in his 20s, was cautioned by officers on suspicion of affray.
Multiple police vehicles were also pictured in Havering Road, not too far from The Aspen Tree pub, yesterday (July 21).

It is unclear whether the police presence at Collier Row is linked to the alleged assault.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “At 21:52hrs on Sunday, 20 July officers and the London Ambulance Service responded to reports of a disturbance outside a pub on Gobions Avenue, Romford.
“A man in his 20s was found at the scene with injuries and was taken to hospital. His condition was not deemed life-threatening or life-changing.
“Another man in his 20s was cautioned by officers for affray.”
