Michelle Sadio was fatally shot on December 14, 2024, in Gifford Road.
Two men in their 30s were also injured in the shooting, one of whom had life-threatening injuries.
Perry Allen-Thomas, 26, of Queenscourt, Wembley, was today (January 18) charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder.

He is due to appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court later this afternoon.
Two other men were charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder on January 16
They are Amir Salem, 18, of Barnhill Road, Wembley, and Shaquille Sutherland, 24, of Havenwood, Wembley.
They appeared at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on January 17 and have been remanded in custody until a hearing at the Old Bailey on January 21.
Detective Chief Inspector Phil Clarke, who is leading the investigation, said: “This investigation is progressing at pace and we are very grateful to the local community for their continued support in our endeavours to charge those responsible for Michelle’s murder.
“We would like to thank members of the public for sharing CCTV footage with us, which has proved to be vital evidence and extremely helpful to the investigation.”
Detectives arrested five people in connection with the murder on January 15.
Two of those, Amir Salem and Shaquille Sutherland, were charged as above, while the other three arrested have been bailed pending further enquiries.
Tahjin Sommersal, 18, of Lafone Avenue, Feltham, was previously charged with murder, two counts of attempted murder, and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
He appeared at the Old Bailey on January 15.
Officers from the Metropolitan Police were alerted to the shooting in Gifford Road at 9.15pm on December 14.
They were dispatched to the scene with London Ambulance Service paramedics, where Michelle Sadio was found injured, and later pronounced dead at the scene.
