Havering Council will meet this Wednesday (July 23) at 7.30pm at the town hall, with councillors set to review the annual reports of committees and the call-in procedure for decisions.
A total of 15 questions have also been put to cabinet members and leader of the council Cllr Ray Morgon, covering everything from the early collection of council tax to abandoned shopping trolleys and Gallows Corner.
Cllr David Taylor has asked the cabinet member for environment Cllr Barry Mugglestone if there is an agreed start date for the “in-filling of the subways” on Romford ring road.

Cllr Judith Holt has also put forward a question for Cllr Mugglestone, asking whether the council will pause enforcement at the yellow box junctions along the diversion routes for the Gallows Corner works.
Meanwhile, Cllr Christine Vickery wants to know why Squirrels Heath ward members were “excluded” from ongoing discussions about the future use of Gidea Park Library.
Other questions set to be answered include the number of potholes filled since extra government finding was announced, and the impact of the recent National Insurance rise on schools’ budgets.
Elsewhere in the meeting, motions are set to be debated including on a potential report on how the council plans to address the situation at Launders Lane landfill site.
