A new licensing application has been published to Havering Council’s website, revealing plans for the KFC on Gallows Corner to stay open later.
The application was entered by Chokken Limited on behalf of the store, seeking to acquire a late night refreshments licence.
At present, the KFC in Colchester Road is open from 10am to 11pm Monday through Sunday.
These hours also apply to its drive-thru services, with delivery time cut-off at 10.45pm.

If permitted to serve late night refreshments, the store could stay open an hour later until midnight each day of the week.
The drive-thru store opened in Gallows Corner in 2015, replacing the former The Plough pub after its remnants were demolished following a fire in 2011.
Anyone wishing to make a representation in light of the late night refreshments licence must do so in writing by April 24.
