SGN will be carrying out upgrade work on Onslow Gardens, Blenheim Gardens and Milton Road at the junction of Stafford Road.
The works will begin, and the roads will be closed from October 25.
The works are expected to last a week.
A spokesperson for SGN said: “We’ll be carrying out essential upgrade work to the local gas network, to ensure a continued safe and reliable gas supply for many years to come.
“Our engineers will be working in Onslow Gardens, Blenheim Gardens and Milton Road at the junction of Stafford Road, from Saturday 25 October.
“We expect this section of our project to take one-week to complete, and a road closure will be in place for the duration to ensure everyone’s safety.”
