The offenders were caught illegally disposing of a door, wood, and a headboard by Wandsworth’s CCTV network.
Council leader Cllr Simon Hogg said: “There is no excuse for fly tipping in Wandsworth, with two free bulky waste collections every year, and free mega skips available across the borough twice a month.”

“Residents can get four large items or 12 sacks of waste collected for free – from white goods, mattresses, furniture to garden waste – direct from your front door.”
