Flight Centre, one of the world’s largest independent travel companies, launched its new Angel branch on Upper Street in north London, offering holiday bookings, travel advice, and personalised service.
Imogen Kerr, store manager at Flight Centre Angel, said: “We are so excited to be opening our first north London outpost, right in the heart of Islington.
“We’ll be starting out with a team comprised of myself and up to six travel experts, so if you are in the local area, pop in, say hello and let’s chat all things travel.”
Ms Kerr previously worked at Flight Centre’s Monument branch and joined the company in 2024 through its Fast Track graduate programme.
The Angel location will serve as a one-stop shop for flights, hotels, cruises, and tours.
Joe Beevis, general manager at Flight Centre UK, said: “We know that four in every five Brits see the value of travel agents, so bringing our centre for travel to more customers in north London is a no-brainer.”
The company is planning further store openings across the UK as part of its ongoing growth strategy.
