The project is on the Calverley Close estate in Bromley.
A ceremony was held on October 7 to mark the handover of 18 new social rented homes to existing Riverside residents.

The Greater London Authority has partly funded the construction of these homes.
The ceremony was attended by the London Deputy Mayor for Housing and Residential Development, Tom Copley, and the MP for Beckenham and Penge, Liam Conlon.
It was also attended by Councillor Chloe-Jane Ross and representatives from Riverside and Vistry.
The remaining two wheelchair adaptable homes in this phase are set to be handed over before the end of the year.

This follows the progress made since Bromley Council granted full planning permission for the redevelopment of Calverley Close in April 2023.
In July 2021, existing residents voted in favour of the redevelopment plan.
The first phase also includes landscaped communal areas, with new pocket parks and a children’s playground.
The Calverley Close estate is being rebuilt by Vistry to provide each existing Riverside customer with a new and improved home.
All existing social tenants have been offered a home on the newly built estate, with their rent and tenancy terms protected.
The 275-home redevelopment plans for Calverley Close will provide 96 homes for sale and 179 homes for social and affordable rent.
This modern, spacious, and energy-efficient housing will replace the 163 homes located across the existing site.
Tom Copley, Deputy Mayor for Housing and Residential Development, said: “I am proud we’ve supported 18 new and accessible social rented homes on the Calverley Close estate in Bromley.
“These new homes have been completed alongside new pocket parks and a children’s playground, providing welcoming spaces for the local community.
“The Mayor and I are working closely with partners and Bromley Council as part of this exciting regeneration project, which will see 275 affordable homes completed at the end of the scheme as we build a better, fairer and more inclusive city for all.”
Liam Conlon, MP for Beckenham and Penge, said: “The completion of the first stage of Calverley Close is a proud moment for our community.
“The scheme will deliver safe, sustainable and high-quality housing for residents of Calverley Close and offer new housing for families in the local area.
“With one in twenty-one children in London now living in temporary accommodation, developments like this are vital to giving every child a place to call home.
“I’d like to thank the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan for his support and part-funding for this development, and to Riverside, Vistry and everyone else involved in making this scheme a success.”
Councillor Chloe-Jane Ross said: “It’s an exciting moment at Calverley Close, with the first new social rented homes now ready.
“They’re better quality, more affordable, and modern energy-efficient homes that will help reduce bills and give residents spaces to enjoy.
“When the whole estate is complete, there’ll be new green spaces and a play area that families and neighbours can enjoy together.”
Ian Gregg, Chief Property Officer at Riverside, said: “We are proud to celebrate the completion of the first phase at Calverley Close, with 18 high-quality new homes delivered as part of a wider regeneration that will provide 275 homes for existing residents and the local community.
“Residents have played a key role throughout – from the first consultations and the ballot to helping shape the plans – and it is hugely rewarding to see modern, energy-efficient homes now becoming a reality.
“This achievement has only been possible through strong partnership working with our joint venture partners, Vistry, alongside the vital support of the Mayor of London and Bromley Council.
“Together, we are delivering lasting positive change for the community.”
Robyn Prince, Head of Strategic Growth (London) at Vistry Group, said: “After close collaboration with residents, the council, and the community, we are pleased to announce the completion of the first homes at Calverley Close.
“This milestone is a testament to our shared commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable homes that meet local needs and will help build a thriving community for the future.”
