He has been officially identified by police as Maliki Sharma from Feltham.
Police were called to Victoria Road in Feltham at around 5pm on Monday (January 12).
Officers arrived with paramedics who treated the 18-year-old for stab wounds.
Maliki was taken to hospital where he later died.
Two 16-year-old boys have been arrested on suspicion of murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
Both have been released on bail.
A 19-year-old man was also arrested following allegations of an assault and has since been charged with affray and possession of an offensive weapon.

It is alleged that Hutchinson assaulted a 16-year-old boy during the incident on January 12.
Hutchinson has also been charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. This charge relates to a separate incident and is not related to the death of Maliki on January 12.
Rhys Huskinson, 19, of Feltham will appear at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on January 15.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Detectives continue to pursue every available line of enquiry.
“Local residents may also notice an increased police presence in the area in the coming days, where officers will be available to listen to any concerns from the community.
